Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery Timeline


Due to very high demand and ongoing inventory replenishment, our delivery time can vary.

Our current estimated delivery window is:

7–30 business days, but in rare cases delivery may take longer than 30 days.

This may occur during:

  • high seasonal volume

  • international transport congestion

  • customs processing delays

  • unexpected carrier disruptions

  • warehouse backlogs

These delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations while the order is still in transit.


Guaranteed Delivery Promise (6-Week Protection)

We are committed to transparency.
No matter what, we will keep you updated throughout the delivery process and notify you of any delays.

If your order has not arrived after 6 weeks (42 days) from the shipping date,

you are automatically eligible for a full refund or a free replacement — your choice.

This ensures you are fully protected while still allowing us to manage high-demand periods.


Order Processing

Order processing takes 1–5 business days before shipment.
Processing does not include weekends or public holidays.

Orders cannot be canceled after processing has begun.


Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take 3–10 days to appear depending on the carrier.

Lack of immediate tracking movement does not indicate a lost package.


Delivery Delays

Delays within the 7–30+ day window do not qualify for:

  • cancellation

  • refunds

  • replacements

  • compensation

Please allow the full delivery window to pass before requesting assistance.


Lost Packages

A package is considered lost only if:

  1. There has been no tracking movement for 30+ consecutive days, AND

  2. The carrier confirms the package is lost.

If these conditions are met, we will issue a free replacement or refund.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refunds or replacements.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate and complete shipping information.

We cannot:

  • reroute packages once shipped

  • refund orders sent to incorrect addresses

  • replace items lost due to incorrect address entry

If an order is returned to us due to address issues, reshipping fees apply.


Customs, Duties & VAT

Any customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Refusal to pay these fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed.
Refunds are not guaranteed in such cases.


Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages

If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to customer unavailability or failure to collect from a pickup point:

  • no refund will be issued

  • reshipping fees apply if the package returns to us
